Refund Policy

Because all of our products are print-on-demand and made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of every item we ship.

When We Issue Refunds or Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements within 30 days of delivery if your item:

  • Arrived damaged during shipping
  • Has a print defect (misalignment, smudging, wrong colors)
  • Is the wrong item (different product or size than what you ordered)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@colemak.shop within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue
  3. Attach photos clearly showing the defect or damage
  4. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

What Happens Next

  • Replacements: If your item is defective or damaged, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Refunds: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping costs: For defective or damaged items, we cover all shipping costs for the replacement.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items with no defect or damage
  • Items where the wrong size was selected by the customer
  • Items reported more than 30 days after delivery
